Our Process
Every project begins and ends the same way: with attention to the details that matter. We pattern on the boat, select materials for long-term performance, and install with serviceable hardware so you get a product that lasts and a service experience that feels effortless.
Step 1
On-Boat Consultation
We review how you use the boat, where you store it, and what problems you're trying to solve. The consultation ensures our patterns and materials match real-world use, not just looks.
Step 2
Patterning & Fabrication
We pattern directly on the hull or frame, cut precision panels, and sew with marine-grade thread and reinforcements in stress points. Our shop balances craftsmanship with ruggedness so seams last under real conditions.
Step 3
Install & Final Fit
We return for final install, tension the canvas, and fine-tune access points and hardware. Every install includes a review with you so you leave confident the work will stand up to seasons of use.
Quality Materials
We source marine fabrics, UV-stable clear panels, and corrosion resistant hardware. Material choices are matched to how the boat is used — near-shore, open-Bay, or stored on a trailer.
- Sun and salt resistant fabric options
- Premium vinyl and heavy-duty zippers
- Reinforcements at tie points and edges
Service & Follow-up
Excellent service isn't a checkbox — it's part of every job. We provide care instructions, seasonal checks, and fast repairs so your canvas performs for years.
Our goal: a product that looks great, works reliably, and preserves the value of your boat.
Built to last
We stand behind our work. With the right materials and simple seasonal care, a well-made canvas can protect your boat for many years — and keep you enjoying the water instead of chasing repairs.
